Umuthi Organic Spearmint Pure Essential Oil is a 100% pure and natural essential oil made from the Mentha spicata plant. It is certified organic and has antispasmodic, astringent, decongestant, diuretic, stimulant, and tonic properties. It can be used in burners and steamers, added to wax of a burning candle, or diluted and used as a scenting agent. It blends well with Basil, Eucalyptus, Jasmine, Lavandin, Lavender, Rosemary, and Peppermint.
Umuthi Organic Spearmint essential oil is gentler and less pungent that peppermint, but has similar characteristics. This makes it perfect for children and those with sensitive skins.

HOW TO USE
Burners and steamers add a few drops to the water and inhale directly or allow the steam to scent the air
Add 2-3 drops to the warm wax of a burning candle
Add 5-6 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water, cover your head with a towel and breathe in the vapour
Dilute 2 drops in a teaspoon of olive oil and rub under your nose, on the chest, or around the neck.
